The Gayathri Educational and Cultural Trust (GECT) Oversees the operation of Anurag University in Hyderabad. 'Guru' Sri Sivananda Murthy Garu established the trust in 1998 with the goal of providing high-quality education. One of South India's first integrated campuses, The Anurag Group of Institutions (AGI) was founded in 2002 and offers courses in business management, pharmacy, and engineering. AGI's name was changed to Anurag University in 2020. The University has UGC approval and is connected with JNTU in Hyderabad.

The University, which is spread out across 50 acres, provides superior education to 6500+ students, 48% of whom are female. Anurag University Eligibility:

UG Course-

Applicants must have passed a 10+2 passed or equivalent with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories) for all type of UG courses, but for B.Sc. in Ag, a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved items) is required in grade 12.

PG Course-

Applicants who already hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or suitable combination with a minimum score of 45% (40% for reserved categories) are eligible for this.

Doctorate Course-

An applicant holding a Master's degree (PG) in a relevant/relevant subject with at least 55% of marks is eligible to apply for both a Master of Philosophy and a Ph.D.

PG Diploma-

Students must graduate with a 50% of mark or any other related course from an accredited board or university. Admission to PG diploma courses is also based on an entrance test, which is also part of the admission requirements at some universities.

Diploma Course-

10th from an accredited board with a minimum of 45% of marks (40% for reserved categories) is required for eligibility for Polytechnic and D.Pharma degrees.

Certificate Course-

For Certificate courses students must have a graduate degree from an accredited university in any stream. Students for UG certificate programs must have completed their 12th grade with at least a 55% of average marks from a respected board.

Anurag University Admission Process:

UG Course-

The results of the CUET national level exams are used to determine admission to the integrated - UG courses, followed by counseling.

PG Course-

The university offers Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for postgraduate exams as a means of admission to PG programs. The prerequisites for admission can change from course to course.

Doctorate Course-

Candidates must take the University's PhD entrance examination. Those who have passed the CSIR/CSIR NET/GATE or SLET exams are excused from taking the entrance test.

PG Diploma-

Admission to PG Diploma programs is also based on an entrance exam; University require it as a requirement for enrollment BSc, BA, BCA, BBA, BSW, and so forth.

Diploma Course-

For those who qualify, counseling is offered through the PolyCET Entrance Test; for everyone else, direct SPOT admission is available.

Certificate Course-

For Certificate courses students must have a graduate degree from an accredited university in any stream are eligible to take admission in these courses.

Anurag University Application Process:

• The candidate is required to show up for the qualifying exams.
• Only if the candidate meets the minimal educational requirements and submits the required semester/annual fees will admittance be confirmed.

Answered Scholarship:

The majority of state-sponsored scholarships are approved by the university administration in Telangana. Scholarships are more likely to be awarded to students who fall into the reserved category, those who are economically weeker, and female students.
