DEI.Ed. is a 2-year diploma
course for primary teachers’ training. It gives training for teaching in
primary or upper primary schools. It includes both theoretical and practical
aspects, in the form of classes and an internship. It focuses on basic understanding
of different concepts of teaching, including principles of child management,
education practices, and the role a teacher plays in grooming the children's
personalities. The candidate who wants to pursue this course should have 10+2
with minimum 50% marks from recognized board.
