There are 5 faculties in the university.  In 1962, the Faculty of Architecture was transformed into the 'School of Architecture'.  It makes a specialty of personal space layout.  The 'School of Planning' was established in 1972 to replace the Faculty of Planning, which focused on formulating plans for the public sphere.  The School of Building Science and Technology was established as the engineering and construction-focused division of the Faculty of Technology in 1982.  In 1991, the 'School of Interior Design' was established inside the Faculty of Design.  It provides interiors, crafts, systems, and items related to habitats. The Faculty of Management was established in 2013 and specializes in project and habitat management.

Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Eligibility:

UG Course-

Applicants must have passed a 10+2 passed or equivalent with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories) for all type of UG courses, but for B.Sc. in Ag, a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved items) is required in grade 12.

PG Course-

Applicants who already hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or suitable combination with a minimum score of 45% (40% for reserved categories) are eligible for this.

Doctorate Course-

An applicant holding a Master's degree (PG) in a relevant/relevant subject with at least 55% of marks is eligible to apply for both a Master of Philosophy and a Ph.D.

PG Diploma-

Students must graduate with a 50% of mark or any other related course from an accredited board or university. Admission to PG diploma courses is also based on an entrance test, which is also part of the admission requirements at some universities.

Diploma Course-

10th from an accredited board with a minimum of 45% of marks (40% for reserved categories) is required for eligibility for Polytechnic and D.Pharma degrees.

Certificate Course-

For Certificate courses students must have a graduate degree from an accredited university in any stream. Students for UG certificate programs must have completed their 12th grade with at least a 55% of average marks from a respected board.

UG Course-

For the vast majority of UG courses, entrance is merit-based. However, NEET scores and counseling are used to determine admission to the BDS program. The minimum requirement for admission to UG programs is a 10+2 diploma with a minimum cumulative GPA of 45%.

PG Course-

Most of the courses have a merit-based admissions policy. Aspirants must, however, pass the national or university-level admission exam to apply for PG level programs.

Doctorate Course-

Candidates must take the UGC NET test in order to be considered for admission to the CEPT University Ph.D program.

PG Diploma-

Admissions for PG Diplomas in Engineering will be based on entrance exams or other criteria determined by the universities. There are three PGD entry exams: JEE, JMI entrance Exam, and GATE.

Diploma Course-

After converting the total marks to 300, the CEPT University diploma admission 2023 merit list is created by taking into account the candidate's overall score on the theoretical paper during the certificate course's final year exam.

Certificate Course-

Prior to the final seat allocation, shortlisted applicants with high merit must participate in counseling sessions for certificate courses at CEPT University.

• Complete the application and upload the necessary paperwork.
• Pay the application fee online (with a credit card, debit card, or net banking).
• For the Postgraduate courses, the application fee is INR 3,500 for the initial application and INR 1,000 for each additional application.
• Each undergraduate application will be required to pay a fee of Rs. 1500.
• Candidates may submit more than one program application.

Scholarship for Early Admissions (Based on Merit)

Selected students from among the eligible applications are given this scholarship. Candidates must submit both the admissions application form and the online scholarship application. It must be submitted with the admissions application, and those who qualify will get a letter of offer of admission along with information about the guaranteed scholarship amount. The tuition fee waiver for this award ranges from 25% to 75%. Students who meet the eligibility requirements can apply for the Pre Admissions Scholarship (Means based).

Workshops: CEPT University Workshop supports learning through practical experimentation, material investigation, model creation, and prototyping. The workshop features special areas for working with wood, metal, ceramic, and textiles. It also has a fabrication lab and areas for constructing models.

IT Services: CEPT IT Services provides assistance for all operations carried out in accordance with the needs of information and communication technology.

Hostels: Hostel facilities are available at the university for both male and female students. The university offers basic amenities including a mess, TV, common area, water purifiers, laundry service, security & surveillance system, etc. in its hostel facilities. The annual hostel fees are INR 17k.

Lilavati Lalbhai Library: The Lilavati Lalbhai Library and all of its materials are maintained by CEPT Library Services. Additionally, it helps faculty members and students to improve the University's teaching, learning, and research environments. Students get access to online E-Learning tools through the institute.
