Himalaya University Eligibility:

UG Course-

Applicants must have passed a 10+2 passed or equivalent with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories) for all type of UG courses, but for B.Sc. in Ag, a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved items) is required in grade 12.

PG Course-

Applicants who already hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or suitable combination with a minimum score of 45% (40% for reserved categories) are eligible for this.

Doctorate Course-

An applicant holding a Master's degree (PG) in a relevant/relevant subject with at least 55% of marks is eligible to apply for both a Master of Philosophy and a Ph.D.

PG Diploma-

Students must graduate with a 50% of mark or any other related course from an accredited board or university. Admission to PG diploma courses is also based on an entrance test, which is also part of the admission requirements at some universities.

Diploma Course-

10th from an accredited board with a minimum of 45% of marks (40% for reserved categories) is required for eligibility for Polytechnic and D.Pharma degrees.

Certificate Course-

For Certificate courses students must have a graduate degree from an accredited university in any stream. Students for UG certificate programs must have completed their 12th grade with at least a 55% of average marks from a respected board.

University specifically administers the university-level Uttarakhand State Entrance Exam (UKSEE). All UG courses provide admission via this entrance exam. University accepts a variety of tests depending on the program type.

PG Course-

Doctorate Course-

University will administer a 100-marks written exam to candidates to gauge their aptitude for related-subject research. This examination will go for a total of two hours.

PG Diploma-

Admission to PG diploma courses is also based on an entrance test, which is also part of the admission requirements at some universities.

Diploma Course-

An entrance exam is being administered offline at Himalaya University, the exam is given at a number of locations, including Almora, Nanital, Kashipur, Dehradun, Srinagar, and New Tehri.  Student who clear this exam, are eligible to sit at Himalaya University.

Certificate Course-

Students for UG certificate programs must have completed their 12th grade with at least a 55% of average marks from a respected board. Fill out the form and upload all the documents in the manner asked in the form. Complete the fee submission and download the fee submission receipt.

• Classroom: Every classroom has a high-quality LCD projector, and lecture halls have capabilities for audiovisual assistance.
• Hostel: Boys' and girls' hostels are located separately on campus. First come, first served is how the accommodations are distributed, though triple sharing is possible for a reasonable hostel fee.
• Security: To make sure that no unauthorized or suspicious individual enters the campus, HU has a team of security guards stationed at different points surrounding it. Also, the campus is under constant CCTV observation.
• Library: More than 10,000 volumes, 20 journals, 15 periodicals, CDs/DVDs, e-books, and e-journals are available in this roomy library. The Internet and WiFi are available in the library.

Placement cell of Himalaya University organizes a variety of events, including skill development workshops, role-playing interviews, group discussions, and communication skills instruction. The students receive career guidance from the placement cell as well. They also assist students in creating resumes, which are necessary for the placement process at Himalaya University.MCXSX and the university placement cell are closely related. For the HU placement drive, a number of companies are invited to the university. Students must submit their resumes and show up for interviews in accordance with the Himalaya University placement procedure in order to be selected. Placement cell notifies the students of the outcome following the interview.
