IIMT University PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have earned a Master's degree or professional degree in the relevant field or in an allied or interdisciplinary field with at least 55% overall or an equivalent grade of B' on the UGC 7-point scale. There may be an allowance of 5% of marks—from 55% to 50%—for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
• Candidates who are taking qualifying exams in their final semester may also apply. But they should bring the documents to the interview; if they don't, their application will be turned down.

IIMT University PhD Admission process

Candidates with a Master's degree degree in the subject of choice, or have passed the UGC (JRF) Exams, NET, SET, SELT, etc., will be permitted to attend the interview without participating in the RET. Additional advantages include impressive academic records and previous research experience.

IIMT University PhD Admission Entrance exams

There will be two sections to the entrance exam.

• Area I: Research System (50 imprints)
• Area II: 50-point subject-specific test based on the relevant or related postgraduate syllabus Total marks: 100 Objective-type (Multiple-Choice) questions (50 in each section) will make up the total number of questions.
