The application process for the Indian Institute of Scientific Education and Research (IISER) entrance exam IAT 2022 may start by next week. Eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website – iisradmission.in. Earlier the application process was said to start after May 04, but on May 4 it was informed that the application process for IISER Aptitude Test has been postponed.
It can probably be launched in the next week. Along with this, there is a possibility of change in the pre-determined last date for the admission application of IISER which is May 29, 2022. As per the pre-scheduled schedule, the entrance exam of IISER may be conducted on July 03, 2022.
To apply for IISER Aptitude Test 2022 i.e. IAT, students from General/OBC/OBC-NCL/EWS categories will have to pay a fee of Rs 2,000. Whereas SC/ ST/ PWD category students will have to pay Rs 1,000 for the entrance exam. Payment can be made by the candidates through online mode.

Step 2: Then, click on the link Register for IISER Aptitude Test 2022.
Step 3: Fill the application form of IISER Aptitude Test with your credentials.
Step 4: Then, pay the application fee and submit.
Step 5: Download IISER Entrance Exam Application Form, and take a print out.
Candidates can take admission in IISER in various ways, and this includes in the eligibility criteria in Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) channel and Joint Entrance Examination i.e. JEE Advanced channel. For admission through Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana channel, candidates need to qualify in Aptitude Test. At the same time, candidates who have secured rank in top 15,000 in JEE Advanced are also eligible to apply for IISER admission. Apart from these, IISER Aptitude Test is the last option.
IISER Aptitude Test 2022 (IISER IAT) will be a computer based test of three hours.
The exam will consist of questions from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
IISER Aptitude Test will be conducted on July 3, 2022 in around 150 cities across India.
The exam will be conducted as per the COVID-19 related measures.
The NCERT syllabus of class 11th and 12th will be used to prepare the question papers of the examination.
