Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of 50% in undergraduate Computer Application from recognised universities is required to gain a seat in a Ph.D. in Computer Application programme.
- Aside from basic eligibility, the candidate should take national/university level tests like as GATE, Amrita JEE, SRMJEE, TANCET, and others, which will assess the individual’s competency and technical capacity to pursue this programme.
- There is also a 5% relaxation in the total aggregate marks in the tenth grade, i.e. 45 percent points are sufficient for SC/ST applicants.
Admission Process:
Admissions isn’t as difficult as it appears. Admissions can be completed both online and offline. Candidates must complete the application and submit it before the deadline. The admissions process differs by university; some need Ph.D Entrance Exams, while others accept students directly.
Students are admitted to most institutes that offer the course based on their achievement in a relevant entrance exam. The scores and ranks acquired in national level tests such as GATE, PGCET, and others are taken into account by most institutes, while some universities have their own entrance examinations based on which the admission process is started.
Some institutes admit students directly, based on their grades in the M.Tech/M.E Computer Science programme.Students must have received at least 50% of their aggregate marks in their undergraduate and master’s studies.
