Banaras Hindu University is a Central university that is located at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was Founded by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya in the year 1916. Banaras Hindu University take place on top for his largest residential university in all over Asia. Banaras Hindu University also known as Banaras University and Hindu University.

University main campus allotted 1300 acres but it is built on the land that was donated by Kashi Naresh Prabhu Narayan Singh and the south campus have 2700 acres land but built on the land that is donated by Maharaj Kumar Aditya Narayan Singh.

BHU is run 6 institutes, 14 Streams and have about 140 departments. Student coming here from others countries for admissions, as the year 2022 in BHU about 30000 students enrolled from 48 countries.
