These candidates must enter the university registration number that has already been given to them. There will be a 70-point test and a 30-point interview. Candidates with NET/CSIR NET/JRF/ICAR NET/DBT NET/SLET/GATE/GPAT/M.Phil will receive 10% weightage on the written test to qualify and be considered for an interview (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) degree.

Sikkim Professional University PhD Admission Entrance exams

• The Ph.D. entrance examination will be given out of a total of 100 points, with 70 points going to the written exam and 30 points going to the interview.
• The scores obtained in both the written and interview portions will be used to create the final merit list.
• The mark needed to qualify for the Ph. D is 50% for the general population and 45% for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy)/DA or any other category as determined by the Indian government.
