Sri. Alluri Venkateswara Rao garu is the second son of Smt. Suryakanthamma and Sri. Bapineedu garu. He was born on 07-07-1933. Upto SSLC he studied at Kovvur and Rajahmundry. During 1952-54 he studied intermediate at Sir CR Reddy College.
For the establishment of a degree college at Kovvur, he started AVR Trust in February 1999 and by August 1999 he started ABN & PRR college. Nearly Rupees Two Crores were spent for the construction of the buildings and other infrastructural facilities. The college was started in association with
Sri. Pendyala Narendranadh Chowdary, Sri. Pendyala Venkata Krishna Rao Ex MLA of Kovvur and Sri. Pendyala Achuta Ramaiah of Dommeru.
