Al-Karim University Admission Process CURRENT_YEAR, Courses and Ranking

Through the Bihar Private Universities Act of 2013, the trust founded Al-Karim University, Katihar, and the University Grants Commission (UGC) recognized the school in 2019. Katihar was accepted into the college not long after the established order of the Katihar Medical University. The university is still being built.

There are numerous degrees of education available, including Undergraduate (i.e., B.sc. ), Postgraduate (i.e., MBA, MCA, M.com, M.Sc., etc.), Pharmacy (i.e., B.Pharm, D.Pharm), and Doctoral levels. Al-Karim University Eligibility:

UG Course-

Applicants must have passed a 10+2 passed or equivalent with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories) for all type of UG courses, but for B.Sc. in Ag, a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved items) is required in grade 12.

PG Course-

Applicants who already hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or suitable combination with a minimum score of 45% (40% for reserved categories) are eligible for this.

Doctorate Course-

An applicant holding a Master's degree (PG) in a relevant/relevant subject with at least 55% of marks is eligible to apply for both a Master of Philosophy and a Ph.D.

PG Diploma-

Students must graduate with a 50% of mark or any other related course from an accredited board or university. Admission to PG diploma courses is also based on an entrance test, which is also part of the admission requirements at some universities.

Diploma Course-

10th from an accredited board with a minimum of 45% of marks (40% for reserved categories) is required for eligibility for Polytechnic and D.Pharma degrees.

Certificate Course-

For Certificate courses students must have a graduate degree from an accredited university in any stream. Students for UG certificate programs must have completed their 12th grade with at least a 55% of average marks from a respected board.

Al-Karim University Admission Process:

UG Course-

Candidates who received their Class 12 diplomas from the BSEB or another reputable board are qualified to apply.

PG Course-

Only a tiny number of programs, like the B. Ed., need applicants to complete an entrance exam, and admission is solely based on merit.

Doctorate Course-

The candidate's performance in the UGC NET/ UGC CSIR NET/ GATE exam, which is followed by an interview round, will determine whether they are admitted to the Ph. D. program. Candidates must have earned a minimum of 55% overall in their Master's degree in order to be considered for admission.

PG Diploma-

The results of the qualifying examination are used to determine admission to the PG Diploma program. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university is the minimum requirement for eligibility.

Diploma Course-

The results of a candidate's DCECE (Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination) score are used to determine admission to Bihar Polytechnic. The BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board) administers the entrance examination for Bihar Polytechnic Admission.

Certificate Course-

For Certificate courses admissions students must have a graduate degree from an accredited university in any stream.

·The application form can be completed offline or online. Candidates who wish to apply offline must purchase an application form from the university admission office.

·Visit the official website and select Apply now if you plan to submit an online application.

·Using your mail ID and password, create an account.

·Use the same login method and carefully enter all of your information.

·Select the course for which you want to apply.

·Upload a scanned copy of the necessary paperwork.

·Pay the registration fees, then select "Submit."

Answered Scholarship:

Individual scholarships are given to the students who placed first through fifth among the successful candidates in the First Professional, Second Professional, and Third Professional Part-I M.B.B.S. examination.

Al-Karim University Facilities:

·Sports Complex: University offers a sizable sports complex for the students to use for fitness and pleasure.

·Cafeteria: University includes a sizable, airy cafeteria where students may purchase clean cuisine at a discounted price.

·Library: In addition to having a selection of books and periodicals, the college library also has computers, magazines, newspapers, and many other things. All of the resources are available for students to use.

·Sick Room: In case of an emergency, the university offers its students access to a sick room equipped with all essential medical supplies.

·Hostels: University offers both male and female dormitories. The dormitory rooms are well-equipped with the essentials, with a 24-hour water supply, bearing in mind the students' needs and wellbeing.

Al-Karim University Placement:

A salary of Rs. 2,00,000 per month was offered to about 10 out of 50 students who were placed. A total of 25 students were placed, and their monthly pay was Rs. 150,000. The salaries for the remaining students ranged from 80,000 to 90,000. More than ten companies come to our university to hire students for placement.

Q. How much are hostel facilities offered by Al-Karim University?

A. The hostels options are rather pricey. For PG students, the rent is Rs. 3,00,000, while for UG students, it is Rs. 2,50,000. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 2,00,000 is required for graduate students; for undergraduates, it is Rs. 50,000.

Q. Can a foreign applicant to Al-Karim University submit an application?

A. Yes, international students may apply to this college, but they must take and pass the NEET exam. They are ineligible for any of the courses this college offers if they don't take the admission exam.

Q. Is there any research facility at Al-Karim University?

A. Yes, university offers its students top-notch research facilities. University maintains a research council to assist the students and offers research facilities in a number of areas, including anatomy, biochemistry, etc. In the college, there is a lot of active research.
