Chitkara University PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria

Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university or another equivalent qualification.At the postgraduate level, the minimum required score is 55%. (For those from the SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled and other categories, a grade relaxation of 5%, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent grade relaxation, may be allowed.)

An interview and a university-based entrance exam are used to determine admission.The university-based entrance is not required for applicants with valid scores on the CAT for Business Management, GPAT for Pharmaceutical Sciences, CSIR NET, or UGC NET, or an equivalent exam.These candidates must only participate in the interview round.
