The university was founded by the Shri Guru HarGovind Society, which has been providing high-quality education since 1960, from elementary school through postgraduate study.Under the direction of Shri Guru HarGovind Society, Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidhyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam in 2007, SAM Global University was established in 2019.Agariya Chopra, District Raisen (M.P.), is home to the university's sprawling 34-acre campus.

With a minimum of three years, the university offers a wide range of Ph.D. programs in Ayurveda, nursing, pharmacy, science, paramedical sciences, agriculture, arts and humanities, management, commerce, journalism, education, and mass communication.

SAM Global University PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria

In order to be considered for admission to the Ph.D. program, applicants must hold a Master's degree or a professional degree that has been determined by the relevant statutory regulatory body to be equivalent to a Master's degree and have earned at least 55% of the total marks or an equivalent grade on the UGC 7-point scale.

SAM Global University PhD Admission process

Candidate who has passed the UGC, CSIR, DST, National State Level Fellowship, GATE, GPAT, SLET, NET, or M.Phil. exams.will be admitted without taking an entrance exam.Candidates who have been granted a teachers fellowship by statutory bodies to pursue a Ph.D. will also be eligible for direct admission without having to take an entrance exam.However, the university will interview all of these candidates.

A total of 70 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will be included in the Entrance Test syllabus or pattern, which includes subject-specific topics, research methodology, and aptitude (such as logical reasoning, numerical ability, analytical reasoning, statistics, etc.).
