Ph.D. Microelectronics has duration of three to five years. It is doctorate level programme. In this course we study semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, VLSI design, and micro fabrication techniques. Ph.D. Microelectronics Full Time Course Duration

It is mode of course in which students attend class’s regularly in campus and attend all necessary activities of course. It is compulsory for all students to attend classes regularly in this mode. It has duration of 3 to 6 years.

Step 4 Preparation of list of allocated supervisors and submission of consent form

A list of all research scholars and their allocated supervisor is prepared on the basis of eligibility criteria and availability of seats. A hard copy of the consent form is submitted by research scholar. When the research scholar get consent form from doctorate faculty. The final list of research scholar and their allocated supervisor is forwarded to Head of Faculty for recommendations.

Step 5 Allotments of Supervisors

After getting approval from authorities the list of allocated supervisor is provided to research scholars before the end of coursework.
