The Crown City of Karnataka,Bidar, is well-known for its rich heritage and whispering monuments. It has a major significance in the history of Karnataka. Bidar is considered among one of the backward districts and to uplift the quality of higher education in the district, the Government of Karnataka has established Bidar University at Bidar and was inaugurated by the then Honorable Chief Minister Shri. Basavaraj Bommai on 28/03/2023.
