The ASBM University is an Indian institution of higher learning that was founded in 2006. Five schools at ASBM University, including the School of Business, the School of Accountancy, the School of Communication, the School of Information System, and the School of Law, provide a variety of undergraduate and graduate degrees. There are 21 faculty members at ASBM University.

There are several different levels of courses offered by ASBM University, including MBA/PGDM, BBA B.Com., M.A., B.A., B.Sc., M.Com, M.Sc., B.A. (Hons), Executive MBA/PGDM, BBA LL.B. Following the adoption of the ASBM University, Odisha Act in 2019 (Odisha Act 4, 2019), ASBM University was founded as a private university by the Government of Odisha.  The UGC has given ASBM University its approval. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has given ASBM University its approval.

ASBM University Eligibility:

UG Course-

Applicants must have passed a 10+2 passed or equivalent with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories) for all type of UG courses, but for B.Sc. in Ag, a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved items) is required in grade 12.

PG Course-

Applicants who already hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or suitable combination with a minimum score of 45% (40% for reserved categories) are eligible for this.

Doctorate Course-

An applicant holding a Master's degree (PG) in a relevant/relevant subject with at least 55% of marks is eligible to apply for both a Master of Philosophy and a Ph.D.

PG Diploma-

Students must graduate with a 50% of mark or any other related course from an accredited board or university. Admission to PG diploma courses is also based on an entrance test, which is also part of the admission requirements at some universities.

Diploma Course-

10th from an accredited board with a minimum of 45% of marks (40% for reserved categories) is required for eligibility for Polytechnic and D.Pharma degrees.

Certificate Course-

For Certificate courses students must have a graduate degree from an accredited university in any stream. Students for UG certificate programs must have completed their 12th grade with at least a 55% of average marks from a respected board.

ASBM University Admission Process:

UG Course-

10+2 or any equivalent examination in the relevant stream or discipline from a recognized board is the basic eligibity criteria for admission. Selection will be based on the Personal Interview round directed by the University.

PG Course-

Candidates should hold a 3 year college education in related field from a perceived college or university. Admissions are granted on merit list, which is published by the University.

Doctorate Course-

The qualification for a PhD is a Master degree with at least 55% marks. The ASBM University Ph.D admission is done through personal interview and marks of the Master degree.

PG Diploma-

Admission to PG diploma courses is based on an entrance test, which is also part of the admission requirements at ASBM University.

Diploma Course-

Admission to diploma courses based on marks obtained in 10+2 from a reputable board.

Certificate Course-

Students who have completed their 12th grade with at least a 55% of average marks from a respected board are eligible to take admissions in certificate courses.

• Your login information will be emailed to your email address along with a verification email.
• By clicking the verification link, you can confirm it.
• Complete the application with all the necessary information.
• Send the completed application along with the required payment (cash or demand draft) to the university admin section.

Answered Scholarship:

500 students from the admission of 2021–22 will get scholarships from ASBM University, up to a total of INR 1 crore, provided they meet the prerequisite requirements. There will be two scholarship programs: one for MBA program students and the other for students in all University programs other than the MBA and Ph.D. The key characteristics of both methods are listed below:

Scholarship for MBA Program Students: This program is open to normal full-time ASBM University students enrolled in the MBA (dual and single specialization), MBA - Rural Management, and MBA - Semester Abroad Program. Participants in the Executive MBA Program are not covered by it.

Scholarships for students in all programs, excluding MBA and Ph.D.: This program is available to regular full-time students at ASBM University enrolled in the following degrees: M.Com, M.A. (Economics), M.A. (Communication & Digital Media), M.A. (English), M.Sc. (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science), M.Sc. (IT Management), BBA (Hons.), BBA (E-Commerce).
