Ph.D. means Doctorate of
Philosophy. It is highest degree in any discipline. The admission takes place
on the basis of merit and entrance exams. The entrance exams for this course can
be national level or university level. The popular entrance exams are UGC NET,
CSIR UGC NET, IIT JAM, GPAT, and JEST, etc. The Ph.D. Engineering takes place
through GATE entrance exam. The student
