Sunrise University is an Indian private university located in Alwar, Rajasthan. Spread over a campus of 30 acres, this university was established by the Government of Rajasthan under the Sunrise University Act, 2011 and is recognized by the UGC.

Sunrise Faculty of Engineering and Technology offers regular Diploma in Polytechnic discipline and degree programs in B.Tech and M.Tech. Discipline for your students. Sunrise Engineering & Technology also has state-of-the-art labs, large and comfortable classrooms equipped with LCD projectors and highly qualified faculty dedicated to guiding and teaching students. Sunrise University helps its students in holistic development in terms of technical education, personality development and communication skills so that students can adjust easily to the outside world. The mission of the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) is to provide high quality undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD degrees in engineering with specialization in the fields of Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Automobile Engineering and Civil Engineering.

The curriculum is based on a four-year degree course for undergraduate students and a two-year course for postgraduate students. The engineering program is founded on basic science, mathematics and technology to emphasize the development of a high level of technical competence. It ensures to incorporate paramount characteristics such as technical knowledge, laboratory and research experience, readiness for future study, professionalism, entrepreneurship and broad engineering discipline. It is committed to providing access to a high quality value-based educational experience, especially for individuals who are first generation and non-traditional college students of all races, with an emphasis on multicultural diversity and international perspectives.

The present facilities of the institute include Visualization and Virtual Reality Applications, Digital and Analog Electronics Lab, Control and Robotics Lab, Space Vehicle Mission Planning Lab, Embedded Systems, Design Lab, Simulator Lab and Computer Lab. Towards providing better placements, the overarching objective of the institute is to establish close partnerships with industry and government and contribute to economic development within the states of different countries.

SunRise University Engineering & Technology Eligibility Criteria

SunRise University B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed class 12 examinations from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects.
• They should have secured minimum 60% marks in the above subjects combined.
• Most of the admissions are made on the basis of the performance of the student in the entrance exam.

SunRise University M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• You must have a valid GATE score and BE/B.Tech degree from a recognized college or university.
• The most important criterion in determining whether a student is admitted to a Master of Technology program or not is their performance in the Entrance Test (GATE) or the entrance test of any other institute.
• Candidates who have completed five years scientific or applied science course are eligible to apply for M.Tech programme.

SunRise University Polytechnic/Diploma Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have passed their SSC Exam or 10+2 (Vocational) from a recognized board. He/she should have passed 10th or 10+2 (Vocational) and should have passed ITI of at least 2 years.
• Applying student must have passed with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates who have passed 10+2 (Medical) will also be eligible to apply for Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology only.

SunRise University Industrial Trade Certificate Eligibility Criteria

• The educational qualification requirement is subjective and varies from class 8 to class 12 depending on the course chosen by the candidate.

Sunrise University Engineering & Technology PhD Eligibility Criteria

• Student Minimum Complete PG Degree With relevant subject with 50-55% marks. Student who have qualified UGC/CSIR(JRF)/NET/SLET exempt from the entrance Exam.

Sunrise University Engineering & Technology UG Course Admission

The process of admission in Sunrise University for UG courses is based on the merit list declared by the university after considering the marks of the students in the qualifying examination.

SunRise University Engineering & Technology PG Course Admission

Admission to PG courses in Sunrise University is conducted after their marks in graduation level education. Sunrise University announced the application form for admission to PG courses on its official website.

SunRise University Engineering & Technology PhD Admission

The SunRise University will, on an annual basis, decide the maximum number of candidates for admission to the programme, which will be announced in advance in a notification and on the website. PHD Admission to the program will be done twice a year, preferably at the beginning of each semester. Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks for General and OBC category and 50% marks for SC/ST category for Master's degree in concerned/allied/relevant subjects will be required to appear in the written examination conducted by the University. Will have to be involved. The interview is to be conducted by the concerned department.
